This gives the background for Putin's war in the year the invasion began in 2021. This year there was not much controversy on the victims and the villains, who are featured in commemorative stamps, some real and some imagined. Even as the war continues to drag on, there is little dispute on that. The divide comes as more and more money pours out with little hope of resolution in sight.
